This is an online soft approach to the shamanic rite of passage of a plant dieta which is a period of abstinence from many foods, chemicals and outside influences to enable you to connect with the spirit of a plant. We call this process D I E T A.

The Blue Lotus is the sacred flower of ancient Egypt. She is a purification flower and bringer of sacred information. She opens, cleans and activates the crown and third eye chakras. She is also a strong dream walker.

I have designed this course to help you connect with the plant in a way that works with your family, financial and career commitments. This will never be the deep connection felt in isolation in the Amazon but this gentle accessible approach still carries great physical, mental and emotional benefit plus a connection to her.
