This is an online soft approach to the shamanic rite of passage of a plant dieta which is a period of abstinence from many foods, chemicals and outside influences to enable you to connect with the spirit of a plant. We call this process D I E T A.

Guayusa is the soulmate plant. She grows in Ecuador and is part of the morning and breakfast routine for most families. She is high is caffeine but this is a very different feeling to caffeine from coffee - she produces a grounded zingy energy boost free of any jitters or anxiety. She dissolves laziness and procrastination, she is also a strong natural appetite suppressant.
