You will need a few items for the ritual:

A black candle, a small plate or dish, 3 bay leaves, something to score the candle with like a nail or thick pin, salt, a black pen. (softer pens are better)

Optional extras are: sage, incense, cloves, rosemary.

Make yourself a calming tea, a little nest, light a candle (not the black one) and I’ll explain all.
