Join us for an evening of Self Care. The theme this week will be Anxiety Relief - we have selected a meditation and a timeline therapy exercise specifically for reducing anxiety.
There will be practical tips and helpful information on useful remedies, essential oils, care techniques and crystals.
We will close with a 40 minute sound healing with gongs and icaros - earphones are essential to prevent the gong distorting.
Tickets are donation only, please pay what you can afford. You will receive the Zoom link on friday morning.
