I spent many years deep in the Amazon jungle studying the plants with a Shipibo tribe. I am very grateful to my Maestra Elisa for teaching me and it is my honour to pass any of this knowledge to you.

I have developed a range of soft plant dieta online courses to enable you to dip your toes in at home and learn the principles of plant dieta, in a gentle, accessible way. I work with many plants but I teach Bobinsana, Mapacho, Rose, Blue Lotus, Guayusa and the Butterfly Pea every year during the season which matches their energy.
