Aho welcomes you to join Jacqueline White (White Light Healing) and Amanda Jane Chappell (Sound Touch Change) for a full moon ceremony to release anything holding you back and settle you into 2020 with clear intentions for the new year.

There will be a grounding meditation and a full moon despacho (offering to Pachamama & the Angels) to help let go of anything you need to change.

Followed by a sound healing with gongs, bowls, icaros, drums & chimes to soothe and nurture.
